This all started because I was tired of choosing between a good vacation and a good yoga practice.
Hey, I’m Katie. I’m the one behind N.A.G.A. Retreats. I’m a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, but honestly, I’m just someone who loves to move and loves to explore. I started this company because I wanted to create the kind of wellness retreats I was always searching for myself.
Here’s the thing: I’ve personally been to every single location I host a yoga retreat. I don’t just pick spots from a brochure. I know the little details—like where to get the best coffee at sunrise or which hiking trail has the most insane view. My goal is to take you beyond the generic tours and give you a truly authentic experience.
